Who We Are

Guide Africa is a non-profit initiative dedicated to empowering young Africans with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to create value, earn a living, and meaningfully impact their communities and society. We believe that every young African should have equitable access to opportunities, regardless of their gender or background, that enable them to thrive, regardless of the resources they were born with.

Our Mission

To equip young Africans with practical skills in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career development, ensuring they are empowered to create value, make informed decisions, and contribute to the sustainable transformation of Africa.

Our Programs

  • Programs are cohort-based and designed to ensure deep engagement and meaningful learning.

  • Our curriculum focuses on three core areas:

    • Financial Skills - Learn how to manage, grow, and make smarter money decisions

    • Career Skills - Discover your strengths and navigate meaningful career paths

    • Entrepreneurial Skills - Learn how to create value, build ideas, and generate income

  • Commitment Cost: Each participant pays a subsidized amount to secure their place, ensuring access while maintaining program commitment.

Before You Start Program

An intensive, cohort-based program for tertiary students.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: 30th May, 2026
PROGRAM STARTS: 13th June, 2026

What you will learn:

  • Clarity on who you are and the career direction to pursue

  • Strong financial foundations to plan, manage, and grow your money early

  • Entrepreneurial thinking to recognize opportunities and create real value

  • Guided access to internships and real-world opportunities

Structure:

  • Duration: 6 Weeks

  • Format: Hybrid (Online + Physical Sessions)

  • Cohort Size: 20 participants per cohort

  • Application-based

Commitment Fee

The program is heavily subsidized to GHS 50 per person
